100% Pinot Noir
9 months in stainless steel tanks
The Franciacorta Rosé, an admirable synthesis of structure and elegance, is obtained from Pinot Noir grapes which are partially vinified in white and which partially ferment in contact with the skins for twenty-four hours. This technique gives the wine the desired colouring of a soft rose, which will veer with the passage of time to the aristocratic tones of the old rose.
Intense in its aromas, full-bodied and complex, the Rosé shows a pleasant acidic tension and a pure fruit. A gentle effervescence amplifies the notes of aromatic herbs, hazelnut and white-pulped fruit originating from a twenty-four-month period of ageing on the lees. The absolute purity in retro-olfaction allows to appreciate its coherence, enhanced by the harmonious combination between a superb structure and the extraordinary charm.
We suggest trying it with a citrus-marinated salmon carpaccio and during the summer with grilled meat.
